Much of what we do mimics Joel Salatin's practices at Polyface Farms. This is an opportunity for you to see what it is like to start from the beginning with a new farm as we recently established this farm in April 2016 so you can learn all of the in's and out's of how to get a farm up and running and become profitable. We worked on a farm prior to this for 3 1/2 years so we took what we learned there and are putting it into practice. We want to be able to offer that same opportunity to others interested in farming.
