Expectations We are looking for someone with an exceptional work ethic, who loves to be outside and get his/her hands dirty. You are expected to fully commit to the farm while you are with us. Farm life is always unpredictable so a flexible go with the flow attitude is key. Some work days will be short and some work days will be long.

Position Description Daily work includes rotating cattle, moving and feeding chickens, rotating and feeding pig, working in the garden, building fences, and so much more! You will be expected to attend farmers markets and help put together CSA shares as well.

Description We farm a 230 Acre farm in the hills of middle Tennessee. We direct market grass fed beef, pastured pork , pastured chicken, and eggs. We sell our products at farmer's markets and through a CSA and buying club. We are passionate about sustainability and soil health. We follow Joel Salatin's methods of rotational grazing of livestock and soil/ land rejuvenation program. We also grow an organic vegetable garden for personal consumption.
