City Boy Farms is seeking a farm manager with partnership aspects to work with investors to—
• maximize and expand current operations;
• finalize whole farm plans; and
• implement short, medium and long range plans for the development and expansion of operations by type and amount.
My husband and I are developing City Boy Farms into a completely sustainable agricultural operation while creating a destination for city folks (and others) to experience cultural, environmental, culinary and leisure activities.
City Boy Farms is organized as a limited liability entity which allows the successful candidate to obtain equity interest in enterprises as well as the entire operation. The originating offer is a base salary of $20,000, comprehensive health insurance, room and board, educational support for classes and seminars that support agricultural operations with bonuses based upon the success of each enterprise. The successful candidate would develop the budget and capital investment needs for general farm operations and each enterprise after a total farm plan has been documented.
