Expectations Must be able to show previous business and financial success. Successful work experience in farming/ land management is a plus but no substitute for vision, passion and a good mind. You must be fit for the physicality of the work and stamina as this is not a 9-5 job. You will have the responsibility and potential rewards of being a partner rather than an employee and be able to cope with the initial downside of no regular income. Must demonstrate good organizational skills and able to coordinate multiple tasks in multiple facets of the business. Must be adaptable and creative as business conditions, weather conditions, personnel conditions shift and dictate. Demonstrated skill in working cooperatively, leading by example, promoting integrity, accountability, a strong work ethic and strong moral compass. A positive attitude , enjoyment of communication but succinct, good listening skills and ability to consider and discuss differing opinions are essential for working closely with owners, employees and customers. Multiple barns, several mobile structures, perimeter fencing, tractors, other equipment. Small farm cottage
