Description I have about 100 acres of open land plus small agritourism operation. Need an eager farmer to partner with me to build an operation that can be sustained for generations to enjoy. I can fund development expenses, provide housing and pay a small salary until operation is self supporting. I would like a trial period of about 6 months to get to know each other. I have miles of trails through wooded land, a 3 acre pond and several structures. This land has been in my family for generations and is my home, but I am retired and want to travel. I am open to your ideas as to what sort of farming to do within reason. My goal is to preserve the land for future generations to enjoy and to keep it in some form of agriculture other than pine plantation monoculture. I currently host camps for inner city kids and invite adults to stay and enjoy the peace and quiet through my bnb and camping. I also host wwoofers from all over (70 in the past 5 years)
