Type of farm?
We’d aim to do this because it's important, but we would all need to be creative in providing you with accommodation initially!
This is a partnership position. So if you have relevant qualifications that's great, but your personality, commitment, experience and ambition are crucial.
A passion for organic farming / horticulture / woodland management with ideas, skills and practical competence to make things happen.
Enterprising and enthusiastic, you must have core libertarian (definitely non socialist) environmental and entrepreneurial leanings.
You’d have no problem with the concept of making money and see potential rather than conflict from combining a profitable successful business with meaningful work and having a positive social / environmental impact.
You'd prefer the scope, responsibility and potential rewards of being a partner rather than an employee and be able to cope with the initial downside of no regular income.
Willing to take the initiative, and to work as a trustworthy collaborative team player, with the physical and emotional fitness, stamina and commitment to see things through.
This is a unique opportunity suitable only for the determined, innovative, positive and courageous with a 'can do' attitude!
