Description Hello! I have 140 acre farm in southern West Virginia with 30+ acres of open pasture that was being used for rotational grazing until 2013. We have an extensive water system with underground pipes and water available in each of about 10 paddocks, with polywire electric fence used to divide them. A description of the property is shown below. We are looking for a tenant interested in living on the property and raising grass-fed beef or multi-species grazing in a sustainable system.
